Returns are free of charge for all customers. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout in USD.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to improper storage, customer negligence, or normal consumption after opening.
